Consultation fees, wellness visits, coaching sessions, and service-related fees may be non-refundable once the appointment has been completed or the provider has reviewed your intake information. If you need to reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible before your appointment time.

Unopened, unused products may be eligible for review within the return window set by Sunbeam Wellness. Products must be in their original packaging and condition. Opened supplements, used wellness products, or items with broken seals may not be eligible for refund due to health and safety standards.

Prescription medications and medication-related items are generally not eligible for return or refund once dispensed, shipped, picked up, or prepared for fulfillment. This is due to safety, storage, regulatory, and pharmacy handling requirements.
